So this tune has been chilling in the dub-sphere for a hot minute, but its not slowing down one bit so here we go.
Today we’re featuring a dubstep trio hailing from as far away as St. Petersburg, Russia by the name of Giant. which is a great indication how massive their tunes are. Their claim to fame single right now ‘Drumstick’ is getting a ton of airplay and has been on Beatports top 100 dubstep chart for awhile now. It’s easy to see why, with a super catchy synth mixed over some funky wobbles that are very listenable even if you aren’t in the ‘i wanna destroy everything’ mood that I require to listen to artists like Excision and Liquid Stranger. I purchased this tune for the 320 and I recommend you do the same! I might also add that it’s awesome that dubstep is coming from that far east, it really is a global phenomenon
Giant - DrumstickThis track is more of a novelty but fun non-the-less, which is probably why Rusko has insisted in dropping this on a ton of mixes/live show. It’s just fun as hell. Couldn’t find the original anywhere so I hope you don’t mind this radio rip, still pretty good quality I must say :)
