Holla at a unique version of one of my staple guilty pleasure songs, 1901 by Phoenix. While the double time leadup preserves the upbeat feel of the song, Steve drops us into half time for the chorus, blending grimey waves into the existing synths and guitar.

Neon Steve previously caught our eye with a remix of Hello by AC Slater. Last year, Discobelle put on an endorsed remix contest for Hello with exclusive samples with some great results. Ive personally dropped and recommend the Heartache for bassline, Trumpdisco for grime, and Nacey for double time. While this is old news, Neon Steve came with something new in his version released a month ago. Like 1901, he brings dubstep sounds on top of a housey beat, throwing in some scratching and vocal samples for crunkness.
